Welcome to New Marblehead Lodge! This property features 2 dwelling units on 1 property. The original house was built in 1943, it features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths & a kitchen. The huge Master bed room with panoramic windows was renovated in 2025. The other building is also freshly renovated with a private bedroom, a bunk room and a full kitchen. This property is great for large groups or multi-gen fams and has plenty of parking. We are 50 steps from the shared sandy beach. The space Other than the amazing beachfront access and the endless amount of sleeping spaces, the location is one of the best parts of this place. It is located just off of Route 115 which is at the first intersection on Route 302 from Portland, so you do not get subjected to all of the traffic. You are within a 5-minute drive of two grocery stores, a Walmart, and many great restaurants/bars. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house. The garage bays and basement will be locked. On the day of check-in the primary guest will be sent the door code. Other things to note We require a Saturday-to-Saturday stays between the July and the Saturday after Labor Day. Please contact us first if you are interested in other arrangements.
