Newly renovated 2 bed / 1 bath townhouse apartments with terrace, washer / dryer and fireplace. Located in safe Brooklyn area - Cobble Hill / Boerum Hill -- with shops, grocers, restaurants and trains all around. Incredibly convenient for subway access - steps to the F / G Bergen Street Station, and 5-10 minute walks to 7 other stations.....A/C, 2/3 & 4/5. PLEASE "CONTACT HOST" BEFORE "REQUESTING TO BOOK" The space Gracious layout across a wide, 25' floor of 4 story townhouse: - Spacious and comfortable open living / kitchen-dining area w/ brick fireplace and access to outdoor space - This is a second level apartment has 2 bedrooms and a small terrace overlooking a garden -Each unit has full sized washer-dryer, ample and functional closets & fully equipped kitchen - set up perfectly for your short-term stay -Renovated w/ new bath and kitchen. - Master bedroom has a king bed with room to fit a crib There are 2 closets, a dresser, and a large desk making this a suitable area for work. This room faces south and gets excellent natural light. -Second bedroom w/ brick wall** THIS ROOM NO LONGER HAS A QUEEN BED --- there are now two twins beds (a twin bed w/ trundle) and room to add a crib. Other things to note The second bedroom no longer has a queen bed - it has a twin bed + twin trundle, or 2 twin beds. I usually live in the building as well and am here to help in any way possible during your stay. Upon booking I will send your our Rental Guide w/ information on the house and the area (groceries, restaurants, etc). This is mostly a monthly bookings w/ full months booked at a time (i.e. May 1-31 or March 1-April 30th) Please EMAIL me w/ your dates before clicking the REQUEST TO BOOK button. Although calendar may show it as available we do not take all bookings as we generally only book full months at a time from the 1st - 30th or 31st of the month, and book in consecutive months (i.e. we won't book May till we booked April). Generally rates for monthly bookings are 8000-9000 / month depending on the season and length of stay. This unit will be delivered to you spotlessly clean with empty closets and plenty of room to keep your personal items. Baby crib and highchair are available with advance request. Please let us know when you book so we can have it ready for you. There is space in building entrance hall for you to store your folded baby stroller. * We allow dogs on pets on case by case basis , based on breed/age and cleaning and turnaround schedule. *We may charge an extra cleaning fee for your dog. *We do not allow cats at this time, sorry :( * we require the unit to be cleaned at your cost every other week at a charge of $175
