Quite neighborhood so no partying, excessive alcohol, or loud noise please! 2 story home with steep stairs to the upper level. Please no parting or excessive alcohol. Very spacious, clean, with a brand new remodel. Entire house and yard with the exception of a few locked closets and the garage. Check in is easy! The code to enter (combo is at door handle) will be messaged you the day before arrival. You are welcome to arrive any time on or after your check in time and just use the code to enter. Arriving late? Please let us know and we will leave the porch light on for you. Just so you are not alarmed... hot tub maintenance arrives on Monday & Friday to clean the hot tub. The yard maintenance company comes periodically to maintain the yard. If you see a person caring for the yard or hot tub, please do not be alarmed. Garbage & recycling day is Friday morning (roughly between 6am-9am). We ask that the gas fireplace not be used because it is a little too close to the TV. However, there is a gas fire pit on the porch for wonderful evening outdoor fires. There is plenty of closet space in 2 upstairs bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has plenty of drawers but no closet for hanging clothes. Please keep in mind that the reservation policy is strict.
