Guest access Guests have shared main entrance access to the building but private entrance to their apartment units. Parking is also available in premise. General Apartment Cleaning service is available once a day from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday and is complimentary (*LINEN CHANGE SERVICE ONLY ONCE A WEEK AND LAUNDRY SERVICE NOT INCLUDED). Please note, we are not responsible for any missing property and ask that you safely secure your items at all times. Your apartment is equipped with washing machine but it’s temporarily out of service. Laundry Service can be arranged for you at an additional charge or you can opt for a dry cleaning service through another private service provider. The building has a day and night security service. We ask that you secure your unit keys. Security doesn’t have spare or access to the inside of the building. Private parking is available at your own risk.
