Looking for a peaceful, shady, nature abundant property to relax after a busy sunfilled day, this is it! Magical gardens with birds and butterflies, and solar walkways so you can enjoy the stars at night. I pride myself having spotless apartments and every surface is wiped with care. I am 420 friendly outside and always LGBTQ+ welcoming. Four blocks to SUNRISE & four blocks to SUNSET! The past reviews say it all, but you should leave here, renewed and feeling JOY! Bikes are NOT included! The space Amazing access to the main strip, beach and back river to watch dolphins frolick at sunset! Very residential and peaceful! Professional mosquito control, whole house water filtration system and Toxic FREE cleaning products. Guest access There is a private patio with table and chairs, shared gas grill and shared lounge area. Lots of shady, peaceful areas in my yard to relax. Other things to note My property runs a block parking is not at address shown but on 6th, at the back of my property. Pease read instructions! Back of home is a storage unit. Your entrance is in the center of the property. There is another Airbnb off of the deck. You have a private area by storage unit, and they have the deck. Hot Water can get VERY HOT! Smoking of any kind is done in the yard. Must be 25+ years old to stay!
