The cottage is 1152 square feet with two screened porches adding another 336 square feet. Full kitchen (NOT A KITCHENETTE !) with center island, stove, dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge. Two full baths with walk in showers, living room with cable TV, complimentary internet wifi, A/C, complimentary use of kayaks, coolers, beach chairs and more. The space This is a great vacation cottage. Plenty of room for four to six people. The Cottage is elevated so you really catch the trade winds. There is a screened porch on each end of the cottage (one off the kitchen and the other off the living room)so you bring the outside space inside and have fantastic cross ventilation to keep you cool on the hot days.....The kitchen is full size...not a little kitchenette...and fully equipped to prepare whatever you want to cook. It has a center island with four bar stools, Full size range and refrigerator, microwave and a dishwasher, blender, mixer etc....plenty of counter space ! Each bedroom has a queen size bed with 4 pillows, dresser with mirror, luggage stands, clothes hanging area, bedside tables and a smaller settee. The living room has a tv and dvd player, nice 3 person sofa and three well cushioned wicker chairs. The bathrooms feature large walk-in showers with fantastic water pressure.
