With space to sleep 8, you'll have ample room to spread out between two outdoor decks, and share time together in the common living areas. Hang out on one of our cozy couches, lounge in a hammock, or sit by a warm fire. *MUST HAVE 4WD/AWD FOR WINTER RESERVATIONS* The large loft space upstairs has a private bathroom and can accommodate two in the King bed or four if the Queen trundle bed is pulled out. The most private bedroom downstairs has a Queen bed and direct access to the main bathroom. It gets mostly afternoon sunlight so it's great for late sleepers. The third sleeping space also a Queen bed and shares a half wall with the second living room overlooking the covered porch. All rooms can be closed for privacy. The hot tub off the back porch is operational year-round. We provide 1 towel per guest, if you know you’ll be in and out of the tub a lot, please remember to bring some spares! The open kitchen feeds into the dining room and primary living room with a wood-burning fireplace. It's a very social home but still has quiet areas to escape with a book. Of course, the best part of the house is the hand-built tree house that juts off the living room. You can always hear and see the creek below. This property, with 7 private acres, is a true gem. **Please note we do not provide firewood for guest use. You can help yourself to anything in the forest and kiln dried bundles are available for sale at all local grocery stores.** Guests will have access to all areas of the house pictured. The house will be your private space for the duration of your stay. This house is exceptional due to its privacy. You won't see any neighbors and feel totally alone, yet the grocery store is only five minutes away. It's the best of both worlds! Best to have a car - everything is pretty spread out! **Please discuss DOGS or other animals with us before bringing them with you to our home** There is a $20/Dog/day standard fee if approved; we have additional dog rules we'll send your way** **Our base price covers up to six people. 7th and 8th guests are an additional $25/pp/night.** **There is a surveillance camera facing the driveway for guest safety, audio of any sort has been fully disabled. NO internal spaces are under surveillance.**
