Guests can choose to be as private as they wish. Owners live in the main house on property and are happy to help as needed. The guesthouse is located in either Valley Village or Valley Glen (depending on who's describing it). It's just off Laurel Canyon Boulevard and is close to studios, freeways, Ventura Boulevard, and the arty North Hollywood district. About 5 minutes drive to NoHo Metro Station with access to all areas of Los Angeles. Parking on street always available. Rate is inclusive of 14% transient occupancy tax required by city of LA. Gardeners come on Mondays around 3PM for about 1/2 hour. Owners may forage in vegetable garden on occasion and water plants, but a schedule can be arranged if this is an issue for guests.
