Alemapu Coñaripe Manor

Alemapu Coñaripe is located in upper Coñaripe, just 800m from the village. The house promises a lot of tranquility, in a native forest setting (Arrayanes, a lot of murtille, Canelo, Laurel, etc.). Since the house is handmade and all in wood, it has a unique and special charm, which is not twice in Coñaripe. In total, 140m2 of house is offered, a campfire area and free access in the 1 hectare land. The same lot lives in our kury dog and our cats. Come to concernos! The space Alemapu is a German-Chilean fusion. I, Mika, am German and I take care of everything that tourism is. My partner Leo is a musician. Apart from our place, exquisite Kuchenes await with German recipes (upon request). We want our guests to feel 100% comfortable, that's why we are in constant contact with them. When you don't want to have communication, we also always respect it. We love country life, along with its beautiful local flora and fauna. We are not a hotel and try to make the whole environment as less touched as possible. There are two options to access the home: A climb that is suitable for 4x4 cars and also takes you on foot to the village (10 minutes). For all other types of cars there is an alternative path, giving a turn, which takes 5 more minutes. All roads are rural, this maintains the charm of the place. If you are looking for a lot of tranquility, next to the village of Coñaripe and also plenty of space to share with family and/or friends, our house and its space outside as inside is ideal for you! Guest access The house offers 140m2 where guests have total privacy. There are also many green areas, a campfire area, and playgrounds on the one-hectare plot, which is also full of native forest, flora, and fauna.
