Guests who reserve both bedrooms to privatize the Carriage House also have access to a queen-size pullout sleeper sofa downstairs, creating space for a total of six overnight guests. Whether you are looking for a more private alternative to a noisy hotel, or you were simply drawn in by the comforting wood and brick décor, the Carriage House is a great place to lose yourself for multiple nights. Guests can access the entire first floor which has a stone fireplace in the living room as well as a smart TV with access to Netflix. There is a half bathroom on the first floor and kitchette area with coffe maker and microwave. Outside you will enjoy a patio with bar area and outdoor fireplace. You, also, have access to the first floor of the Main House, porches and grounds. We are a working bed and breakfast. Therefore, we do have staff available throughout the day and evening. We are within walking distance of the downtown Bloomington area where there are many restaurants, theatres, shopping, art studios and bars. Buses are available in the area. Amtrak train station is approximately 10 minutes from us. Uber and cabs are easily accessible. Breakfast is included in your stay. This is a plated meal and served to you at your pre-arranged time between 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. in the Main House. Please notify us in advance of any dietary needs or allergies.
