Dimensions: Main floor: 18 x 39 Loft: 11 x 18 Features: gas fireplace, loft style bedroom, modernized “outhouse” bathroom, deck overlooking ponds The space Enjoy a getaway at Springbrook on their 131 acre property. Sights and sounds of nature all around you make this a gorgeous getaway spot! Guest access You will have access to the cottage as well as the surrounding property. If there is an event going on at the event barn, we ask that you do not interfere with their event and stay off of the barn property. Other things to note There is not running water in our cottage, but we supply fresh water for your stay. The owners live on site and can assist you with anything else you may need during your stay. There is a shower in our white house that guests always have access to. Children are not allowed to stay at this location due to the loft. Ponds are not for swimming or any other water activities. We DO NOT allow pets. We have a barn that we host weddings in on our property, so please ask if there is a wedding before you book if that would be a concern for you.
