It is not affiliated with Hideaways and the amenities of Hideaways ARE NOT included, however, we’ve equipped the home with everything you’ll need for an unforgettable stay. Guest access Access is to the entire two storey house including balcony and porch. Other things to note The property is located within the Palm Bay Beach Club which is a group of about 80 privately owned villas. A separate management company provides resort amenities within the club. You have full use of the common areas, such as the beach, but not the amenities included by the separate company. This allows me to keep my costs down. However, I DO provide: 1. Portable beach and lounge chairs for your use. They fold up so can also be taken to other beaches you will want to explore. 2. Starlink high speed internet as well as a monitor and printer/scanner in the villa that works with a laptop or mobile device. 5. Bath and beach towels. There is a full size washer and dryer in the villa as well as laundry detergent. 6. Kayaks/stand up paddle boards,. The villa has one kayak and two stand up paddle boards for your private use. There are also seats that can be attached to the SUPs so that they can be used like kayaks.
