Oceanview patio with table and chairs Steps to beach. The entire two story townhouse and patio with too many amenities to list is for your private use. The air conditioned townhouse is very large. It is set up with two large bedrooms each with an en-suite bath on the ground floor with the living space, kitchen, additional half bath and laundry room on the second floor. This allows you to take advantage of the sweeping ocean views from the private balcony off the living room. There is a roomy full kitchen with appliances (large and small) and all the essentials. Of course there is a blender for making the requisite frozen cocktails. There is a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer for those sandy days at the beach. The entire home has dedicated high speed internet. The work space includes a monitor and printer/scanner. Be warned, you are not going to want to work with the beautiful view right out the window. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom can be configured with a king size bed or two single beds. The comfortable pull out sofa has a new memory foam mattress. The balcony with grill, table and chairs is a great spot to watch the boats sail by or an early morning sunrise. I do not live in the area but I may be reached via the Airbnb app. There is an local property manager to assist with any needs. The house is located right on a beautiful white sand beach just steps from the front door. One of the top rated beaches in the world, Jolly Hall Beach, is just behind the house, no more than a five minute walk. The main town, George Town is only a mile away. There are two other resorts directly south of the property, each with their own restaurants/bars. The famous fish fry shacks (including Shirley’s) are a short walk down the sidewalk (the only sidewalk I’ve ever seen in Great Exuma is between the resort and the fish fry). There is a car rental agency just across the street. You simply cannot beat the location. Hop the the water taxi to Stocking Island. Here you can visit the famous Chat n’Chill Beach Bar and Grill. Don’t miss the Sunday pig roast. From the airport it is about seven miles to the resort. You can rent a car or catch a taxi from the airport. There is a restaurant/bar within the villa grounds. There two more restaurant/bars within a short walk. The famous fish fry is a short walk from the house and there are multiple beautiful white sand beaches within a five minute walk. I would recommend renting a car for at least one day to explore all that this beautiful island has to offer. Car rentals can be picked up at the airport or a short walk from the resort. Some car rental companies will deliver the car right to the resort. The property is located within the Palm Bay Beach Club which is a group of about 80 privately owned villas. A separate management company provides resort amenities within the club. You have full use of the common areas, such as the beach, but not the amenities included by the separate company. This allows me to keep my costs down. However, I DO provide: 1. Portable beach and lounge chairs for your use. They fold up so can also be taken to other beaches you will want to explore. 2. High speed internet as well as a printer/scanner in the villa that works with a laptop or mobile device. 5. Bath and beach towels and there is a full size washer and dryer in the villa as well as laundry detergent. 6. Kayaks/stand up paddle boards,. The villa has two stand up paddle boards for your private use. There are also seats that can be attached so that they can be used like kayaks.
