Cozy Lower Level on the North Side of GR

We offer our cozy, modern home for your stay in Grand Rapids. Our family lives mainly in the upstairs level of our home along with our pups (Sunny & Wyld.) We offer the lower level bedroom and bathroom exclusively for your use while we may cross paths sharing the full kitchen, dining room, living room and entertainment spaces of the home. The space This home was built in 1963 and has been recently renovated to offer a cozy modern atmosphere with vintage modern accents throughout. The room available for your stay is great for couples or friends traveling together with one queen and one twin bed. It is located in the lower level of the home along with a bathroom and downstairs entertainment area. The downstairs bathroom and kitchenette are available exclusively for your use, as well as the upstairs living room, kitchen and dining space that may be occupied briefly by us. As an added precaution since covid-19, we had an R-Wave air purifier installed into our furnace to aid in a cleaner, safer environment for both us and our guests. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the kitchen, dining room, upstairs sitting room, the downstairs living room (with TV), either bathroom, wash laundry, and enjoy the shaded sitting area outside. During your stay Our home is your home. We love meeting new people and offering advice for fun things to do in the area. At times our family maybe briefly share the kitchen or living room areas with you in passing and our pups love hanging with guests. Please let us know if you’re not a fan of dogs and we can put up a gate. :) Please let us know if you have any special requests and we can gladly accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.
