This comfy apartment is ideal for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Dallas or remodeling their home and requires a temporary space. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families and furry friends (pets) are welcome. The space While your apartment is a separate unit with its own entrance , we have a fun little community here in the building and you can choose to be as much a part of it or enjoy your space and serenity.. The host is also the owner of the building and lives in the apartment above. She works in the salon in the building and is always available to help you out,to make suggestions for dining or nightlife also the local bike trails,hiking paths or meditation/yoga centers. In the middle of the city...Shangr-iLa Guest access There is a reserved parking space directly in front of the flat. Other things to note **I am happy to cater to sensitive guests with making sure there are no scents in the space so if you tend to having a heightened sense of smell please let me know when you make the booking and I will take care of things. ** As always, our beloved city of Dallas requires me to collect and additional 9% hotel tax on top of the State Tax included in your initial booking. That 9% is computed by the total nights booked and the cleaning fee. I have that 9% listed under resort fee in your booking details.Lets hope the city uses it for something useful!!
