If you require token-operated laundry, it is also conveniently available in the basement of our building. Tokens can be purchased at the front office if they can not be found in our condo. A liquor store and pizzeria offering take out also on the strip. How to get here: - Daily flights from Fort Lauderdale, (FLL) Florida & Nassau (NAS), Bahamas. - The Balearia Ferry departs from Fort Lauderdale, Florida on a daily basis. - The Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line offers a cruise & stay package. It departs from West Palm Beach overnight and arrives at Freeport in the morning. Condo Rules - Our building has a: - Strict "NO PARTY POLICY." This means house parties as well as pool parties are forbidden. - A maximum limit of 7 guests allowed in our condo. - No children under 12 years of age per condo building by-laws. - No pets per condo building by-laws. - No smoking allowed Things that we appreciate: - Utilize ceiling fans and open windows during winter and spring months when you can. - Please do not overload washer as it is meant for smaller loads - Please do not put sandy towels in dryer. Use the drying rack when possible.
