The Guest House is steps away from delicious locally sourced food and beverages including seasonal cocktails. Enjoy the day on the wine trail, then park your car and enjoy a relaxing evening with delicious food and beverages at the Stonecat Cafe! The apartment also has a 4 burner gas grill on the back deck where you can enjoy a meal and a beautiful sunset view. The space Our Apartment features a spacious bedroom with king-size bed, private full bath, cozy sitting area with decorative stone fireplace, fully appointed kitchen, large common area (with pull-out couch for additional guests), sliding glass doors and large windows leading out to a sun drenched deck overlooking vineyards and Seneca Lake. This apartment is your home away for home while you explore the Finger Lakes! Guest access You will have full access to the apartment during your stay, including the large screened in front porch and back deck overlooking the local vineyards. Property includes a large backyard off the deck and parking in front of the house. Please note that the front porch and backyard are shared access for the Guest House and our Studio room. The Guest House has exclusive access to the back deck. Other things to note The Guest House is located right next door to one of the most popular restaurants in the Finger Lakes, the Stonecat Cafe. You are literally a step away from a delicious dinner, a seasonal sip in our Bar or a freshly prepared lunch or snack. The Guest House Apartment includes a smart TV and free Wi-Fi and Netflix Weekly and longer term rentals encouraged. The Stonecat cafe, directly next door to the guest house, occasionally hosts live music (which may be audible from the guest house).
