Only 1 mile to M60, & short walk to rail station -Large family bathroom with large bath & a further ensuite bathroom - 40" Flat screen TV - Washing machine ,dishwasher & fully fitted kitchen - Free WiFi - Free on street parking The space Corner House is a lovely old end property which sleeps 8 comfortably - it has 4 bedrooms with a total of 6 single beds & a double bed. Plenty of space for groups to socialise and relax in comfort! The property has the following: * A ground floor room with a double bed and a single bed * A triple room upstairs with 3 single beds and an ensuite bathroom (with a large shower, toilet and sink) * Two further bedrooms each with a single bed * Fully fitted kitchen with all you need for an 'easy' stay - dishwasher, washer, large fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave * Lounge/ dining room with a 3 seater sofa, a 2 seater and a 40" Smart TV. The dining table seats is extendable and fits up to 8 people (we have spare seats available) * Bathroom with double ended bath * Small back yard There is plenty of free on street parking and in a great location just minutes walk to shops, take-aways and Asda supermarket. The property is in a perfect location for travelling to Manchester, Stockport or those wanting a central base near a major motorway. Reddish North Station is a short walk away and there are plentiful buses too for travel into Manchester or Stockport. Guest access Guests are booking the whole house Other things to note We are available via messaging, email and phone during our office hours 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday outside these hours we will only be available in an emergency. A copy of our terms and conditions must be signed before check-in. Guests will also be requested to provide Official Government ID. No excessive noise between 10 pm - 8 am. The lead guest must be 21 or over and will be responsible for the behaviour of all guests NOTE : This property has a noise detection device installed to monitor the noise level. Once excessive noise is detected, it may result to termination of the booking without a refund. Infants (under 2 years old) are free when sharing a bed with their parents otherwise they count as extra guests. Babies and children are very welcome however we do not have travel cots or baby equipment on site.
