Great restaurants with various food choices, Theaters, Hiking Trails, etc. No common or shared areas. All areas are exclusively for guests, including the backyard and the pool. Pool heating is available for $100/day. Pls, let us know a week prior to your arrival if you'd like to use the pool heat. We're occupying the back portion of the house with two additional bedrooms attached to the garage with its separate entry (not shown in the pictures). Therefore garage is not included. The driveway accommodates one vehicle with ample parking space on the street for additional vehicles. Family-friendly home in a quiet, peaceful, family-oriented residential neighborhood.
