4 Bedrooms, 2bath, kitchen, and large living room area. It is located in a friendly neighborhood, mainly our family and relatives. They all provide extra security for the property. It is 5 mins from the airport. Close to store, directly on the bus route and within walking distance to Fagatele and Fagalua bays. It is 5 mins from the central shopping area in Nu'uuli. Close to schools and churches. Local markets selling fresh local fruit and vegetables are all within walking distance. The space Our spacious 2 story, 4 bedroom home is great for groups or solo travelers that are accustomed to their own space. This property is run on prepaid debit meter and we are very strict on conserving energy. Please see more details listed in House Rules. Two rooms with king size beds are on the second floor. There is no air conditioning there but have ceiling fans. A loft is also available on the second floor that can be used as a work space. There is also a spacious full bathroom on the second floor with all basic necessities, soap, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper. The other two rooms with queen size beds are on the ground floor. They both have air conditioning. There is also a bathroom, shower and toilet on the ground floor, all with basic necessities. The large living space and open kitchen are great gathering places for families and friends that come to visit. Hosting events at our property are charged separately from the room rates. Tables and chairs to accommodate extra guests during events are available and our host will graciously help you with them. There also is a master bedroom on the ground floor that remains locked and we occupy whenever we are on the island. Guest access Guests have access to a full kitchen, large living area, wi-fi, cable tv, relaxing patio area and a large parking area in front and on the side of the property. Property is also equipped with a Handicap wheelchair ramp. Three property entrances and exit doors. Main access is through back kitchen door as other entrances have security locks from the inside that need to be locked before exiting. Our hostess will show you all you need to know. Other things to note Infants, toddlers and children up to the age of 12 will be included in our convenient pricing. If hosting an event on the property, additional fees will apply. It is the Guest's responsibility to advise host of their event and discuss the charges. To prevent being offended please be forthcoming with the details of your event.
