Its location next to Monachil places it 10 minutes from the Alhambra and the Nevada Shopping Center and 5 minutes from the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, ideal for hiking, climbing, and cycling. The Villa is 20 minutes from the Sierra Nevada Ski Resort and 40 minutes from the beach. The space We have equipped the house with all the amenities and the best qualities and automated facilities to improve the experience of our guests during their stay, such as the “Alexa” smart speaker. The house has high-speed Wi-Fi in all rooms, including the gardens and pool area. -ROOMS- The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 2 kitchens, and can accommodate 12 people with the possibility of expanding to 14 people. The rooms are equipped with television, independent air conditioning (hot/cold), as well as a stock of pillows of different firmness, sheets, blankets and bath towels. We also have 2 living rooms with a fireplace of 60m2 each, with a 52-inch TV and sound bar, video game console and pool table, where our guests can sit together or enjoy a game of pool in the living area. If desired, breakfast can be taken on the kitchen island on the top floor while lunch or dinner can be prepared in the kitchen on the ground floor overlooking the garden next to the porch. The kitchens are equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, blender, juicer, coffee maker, iron, kettle and kitchenware. We have a laundry room with washers and a dryer for longer stays. GARDEN-OUTDOOR AREA In the outdoor area there is a beautiful Granada garden with fruit trees, palm trees and pine trees over 20 meters high. A large 50m2 pool with slide and sun deck with lounge chairs. A kiosk-bar with three bars where you can serve all kinds of drinks and snacks, and a large barbecue site. Video guides will also be sent if necessary, for the operation of appliances, as well as how to open the sofa bed, turn on the fireplace, etc. It is very important to stop making noise in the garden after 11:30 pm. The inside of the house is soundproofed, but noise outside at night would cause the immediate expulsion of guests by Airbnb, so the house rules do not allow parties after that time in the garden. The house has an alarm system that will be deactivated minutes before guests check in, and will be reactivated when people check out, so in both situations the host must be notified of the arrival and departure.
