Big european style apartement w/ 2 bdrm by the sea

I have buildt this house in a secluded area of Roatán island and for the time I am not using it myself with my family, I would like to offer it for a short or long time rent. The house has two identical apartements each with 2 bedrooms and one living room with sofa and kitchen. Both apartements have separated entrances and can be also rented together as an entire house. See my other listing. This listing is for one of the apartements. The space The apartement is located in a big wooden house that I recently buildt myself with a help of a professional company. Everything is brand new and completely furnished. There are two bedrooms, one living room and one bathroom. There is a huge terrace with grill for you to use. Guest access There is a separate access to the apartement from the hall and you will have a complete privacy of the entire place. There are two bedrooms with extremely comfortable king-sized beds. The rooms are very spacious so in case of need, we can put an extra mattress on the floor from each side. There is however also a living room with a kitchen and dining area where there is a sofa that can convert into another double bed. The apartement is very comfortable for two couples or a family but even three couples will have the privacy. Maximum amount of guests for this apartement is 10. See my other listing if interested to rent the whole house. Our wifi is a portable router with prepaid data SIM card. You can carry the router with you around the island so you have the wifi everywhere you go. However it is not suitable for downloading big files or excessive working. Other things to note A deposit of 200 USD in cash is required on arrival and will be returned upon departure. However no amount will be blocked on your credit card by airbnb and there is no extra fee for cleaning.
