Modern new condo with breath taking views of the Pacific Ocean. We are in a beautiful new beach complex, Punta Caelo, with direct beach access, a beach club, and several large swimming pools. The Social Area is resort quality with deck chairs, infinity pools, billiards, children’s pools and pool beds. The apartment is open and spacious with a fully stocked kitchen and large terrace directly looking out over the ocean. The space The apartment has three bedrooms, one en suite, with its own doors to the terrace. So you can wake up and see the ocean from your bed. The terrace has a gas BBQ and dining table so you can choose indoor or outdoor dining. We have floats and other beach gear you are welcome to use. The beach at low tide extends with fine sand and wonderful for walks. The complex is new and a quiet place so ideal for relaxing, enjoying the ocean as a couple or a family with kids, whilst being extremely comfortable and close to shops and restaurants. It really is an amazing place to enjoy.
