The property is set on a 3/4 acre section and has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with a generous indoor/outdoor flow for dining & quiet entertaining by the pool. The house has a modern feel with conveniences you will find in your own home. There is air-conditioning in all 3-bedrooms & stand alone portable fans. The pool area is great for lounging with a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. The space The home is on a gentle sloping section on the north side of the Island. It is the perfect holiday house for guests who wish to enjoy a relaxing break away from home and ideally situated close to the town area, shops, airport. It is in a quiet neighbourhood with ample space for children to play games or kick a ball around. The pool area however is not fenced off and there are no laws in the Cook Islands that requires pools to have fencing. Please ensure children are supervised in & around the pool area at all times. Guest access Guests have full access to all parts of the property (apart from the linen cupboard and tool shed ).
