LOCATION: Entire house located off Hwy 169 on the frontage road. Please note the house is right off the highway. My unit is a 650 sq ft house. One bedroom 1 bathroom. There is also a spare twin bedroom in the common area in the back of the house that has a barn door for privacy but is not a full bedroom as the laundry is also in the same room. Enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, Keurig coffee, shower essentials, and a full kitchen. Whether you’re traveling for work or leisure, you’ll enjoy this space that features a common area to rest and relax. Enjoy an easy arrival with seamless self check-in access. Please note that you're renting THE WHOLE HOUSE. If you need anything I respond to messages very quickly and live only a few minutes away. Guest access You have access to the whole house and backyard. The bathroom and shower has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash all included. We also stock our bathroom with extra toilet paper, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. A hair dryer is also provided. The closet you will find hangers, drawers, an ironing board and an iron. We also store a luggage rack for your convenience. The kitchen has most your essentials for cooking if desired. Other things to note - CHECK-IN - The house will not be ready for check-in until 4pm the day of arrival. - CHECK-OUT - Guests must check-out by 11am on the departure day established in their reservation. - PARKING - There is parking for two cars in the driveway. -SECURITY CAMERA - I do have a security camera outside by the door to monitor for parties and check when the grass needs to be mowed. -AC and HEAT- There is a window AC unit in the summer months (Memorial Day to Labor Day) The thermostat is next to the fridge to adjust the temperature NO SMOKING AND NO PETS PLEASE
