Artisanal vineyard - Loft 1

We invite you to enjoy a unique experience in our country house, located in the middle of a vineyard just 90 minutes from Santiago. An ideal place to disconnect and enjoy nature and the view of the Andes Mountains. The house is located above our underground winery, where we make artisanal, organic and biodynamic wines. The property has a swimming pool and large outdoor spaces surrounded by vineyards. The space Viña TIPAUME is a boutique, family, organic and biodynamic vineyard, located 119 km south of Santiago, between Rosario and Rengo. The property is a family home located in the middle of the vineyard, where the owners live. Attached to the main house are two completely independent accommodation units, each with private access, designed to offer privacy and comfort to guests. This particular unit has a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom, and a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as Wi-Fi. It does not have a television, as the experience is designed for rest, disconnection and the natural environment. In the same space as the kitchen and dining room there is also an additional single bed, designed for a family with a child or for a third guest. The outdoor spaces — garden, terrace, quincho and outdoor pool — are shared between guests and hosts, always maintaining a quiet and respectful atmosphere. Very friendly guard dogs (German shepherds) live on the property, accustomed to the presence of guests. Under the house is our underground winery, where we make and rest our artisanal, organic and biodynamic wines, produced in small batches. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to their separate unit, which has a private entrance, bedroom, private bathroom, and living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor spaces — garden, terrace, barbecue, and outdoor pool — are shared between guests and hosts. Guests can walk freely through the countryside and vineyards, enjoying the natural surroundings and tranquility of the place, always respecting the agricultural work areas. The underground winery is part of the vineyard and can only be visited by tour, which is offered optionally and at an additional cost. The rest of the main house is for the hosts' private use. Other things to note The property is in a rural and very quiet area, so it is recommended to come by car. Public transportation and taxi services or apps are not always available. The experience is designed for rest and disconnection, so the unit does not have a television. Breakfast is included and is offered in a simple and homemade way, with local and farm products. We offer wine tours and tastings on an optional basis and at an additional cost, subject to availability and coordination during the stay. The property has a washing machine and dryer available for guests, which can be used at an additional cost, after coordination. As this is a working vineyard, we ask guests to respect the agricultural work areas during their walks in the countryside and among the vineyards.
