All rooms open directly onto the large private west-facing balcony with spectacular views out to sea over tropical gardens. Luxury bathroom fittings, toiletries and linens are supplied. Guests have free use of the stunning infinity pool and sun deck. The space Beautifully furnished throughout and showcasing spectacular local artwork. Spacious air conditioned bedroom with luxury king size mattress, pillows and high quality cotton bedlinens and towels. Hansgrohe bathroom fittings and complimentary luxury toiletries. The hand built kitchen incorporates high quality appliances including kettle, toaster, toaster oven and a large fridge/freezer. Desk and chair together with super-fast fibre broadband for remote working. Iron and ironing board together with use of washing machine. Complimentary superfast wifi throughout the property. Guest access Guests have sole occupancy of the entire apartment and use of the pool and sundeck on the upper level between 8am and 6pm. Whilst we also offer the upstairs villa for rental, we never rent both properties out at the same time so our guests always have exclusive use of the pool and sundecks. Other things to note We share our home with our lovely natured rescue dog, Beans. She will certainly sound the alarm if anyone is coming onto the property but is very soft and friendly with our guests. The road up to our property is an unmade road and a 4 wheel drive is essential to get up and down. We can assist in organising a hire car for you if you wish. Carriacou is an extremely safe and very friendly island with very little crime. The drier season runs roughly from January through to June, and the wetter season from June to December. However it rarely rains all day in the wetter season and it can rain in the drier season too! Liquid sunshine!
