This spacious one bedroom condo offers amazing views of the Gulf. This condo has stainless steel appliances, a tile shower, granite counter tops in the kitchen and the bathroom, and beautiful new furniture and furnishings. Cable tv in living room and bedroom. Other things to note Please note that all bookings will be charged an additional 11% local tax that will be requested before check in if booked before 3/12/25. If booked after 3/12/25, all taxes are included. A starter pack of kitchen/bathroom essentials will be provided (including 1 set of shampoo/conditioner, 1 bar of soap, 1 dish soap/sponge, 2 toilet paper rolls, and 1 paper towel roll.) Once used, the guest will be responsible for providing these essentials for the remainder of their stay. This is a pet-friendly condo for up to 2 dogs. Cats not permitted. Weather refund policy : If there is a hurricane and a mandatory shut down on the island, you will be refunded. If you choose to leave due to bad weather, no refund will be given. Covid-refund policy : If there is a mandatory shut down on the island where they are not letting guests on the island, you will be refunded.
