The space This home is family-friendly with all the amenities guests would desire. The rooms are tastefully designed with immaculate bathrooms, two lovely living rooms, mahagony dining table and a spacious enclosed patio . Our internet service is very relaible as STAR LINK was recently installed. Comfortable space and seating that allow guests to stay active while out of office. Lots of seating and a very nice round table suitable for catching up on work ,or just playing cards or other games. Enjoy the cool breeze that flows through the house. Bedrooms are equipped with brand new air conditioning units that will most definitely add to the comfort of your stay. Guests can enjoy Breadfruits, Coconuts ,Otaheti apples, Ackees and other fruits that grow on the property at no charge. Guest access Guests have access to 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen, dining room, front and back balconies and a beautiful screened in patio This property is very suitable for large sized mission groups and family members. We can make adjustments to sleep up to 12 guests at a time. Brand new Queen size Airbed is available. Do note that we also encourage and welcome bookings for very small groups Guests are expected to ensure that the number of persons that show up for accommodation is consistent with the number of persons that have been confirmed with the booking and payment on Airbnb. The nightly fee of $250 is approved for up to five (5) guests Additional guests will attract a fee of $40/guest/ night. The hosts are prepared to work with guests to make adjustments to fees under certain circumstances. Other things to note The property is fully fenced with an electric gate. There is added security as there are; outdoor security cameras, alarm systems, smart door lock with keyless coded entry. Secured parking available within the property. This is a well- lit property with several bright solar lights that provide guests with a sense of security. Guests are however encouraged to be aware of their surroundings at all times. Guests should also keep the gate and doors and the locked at all times. Also unauthorized persons should not be allowed on the property.
