Welcome to Marisol! a spacious 2-bedroom villa, tucked into the tropical gardens of ‘Lime Tree Hill’. Overlooking beautiful Long Bay, it's one of Antigua’s best beaches. A 3-minute walk takes you down to a white, sandy beach and the refreshing waters of the Atlantic. “Local restaurant and two hotel resorts (water sports, fine dining, spa) in the neighborhood. 10 mins car drive to the next village, Willikies, 20 mins to capital St. John’s, 20 mins to English Harbour, 30 mins to airport. 2 tastefully furnished bedrooms with separable king beds. Master bedroom on the upper floor has a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a shower. Downstairs bedroom also has it’s own bathroom with a shower. Ceiling fans are in both bedrooms and in the living area. All windows are screened-in and there is a constant, lovely breeze. Highspeed Wifi. Weekly cleaning for all bookings over 7 days. The spacious living room opens to a large front porch and to a terrace which overlooks Long Bay and the garden. An outdoor stone, and gas BBQ are off to the side of the Terraces. The kitchen is fully equipped with: gas stove and oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and picnic cooler. Washing machine and ironing facilities are also available. Lime Tree Hill is a quiet, peaceful residential area on the East coast of Antigua, and located in a nice neighborhood! If you feel like going out - a few steps away from the beach, you’ll find “Mama Pasta”, a small local restaurant that specializes – you might have guessed – in pasta! They also serve a lovely thin, crispy pizza and great Caribbean cocktails. Say hello from us! :) A little further down the road, on the way to Willikies and past the two resorts, on the left-hand side, you’ll come to an area called Indian Town Point. It’s part of a National Park, and hosts one of Antigua’s famous landmarks, called “Devil’s Bridge”, an impressive natural rock arch carved by the sea and hundreds and thousands of Atlantic breakers. And if you want to dive into a bit of “local culture”, there is Willikies, about 10 minutes drive away, where you can observe village life in Antigua. It even has a tiny supermarket and bar. If you feel like "staying home"...... enjoy your privacy and simply lose yourself sitting in the garden. Or watch humming birds feeding on Hibiscus, their favorite blossom. Your terrace with a view is the perfect setting to gaze at spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Or you can go for a nature hike to Devil's Bridge, Antigua's National Park... To get around, we recommend you rent a car. A large number of car-rental-brands are available in Antigua. (Most companies will meet you at the airport or at the harbour, if you ask.)
