This is a fixed week timeshare rental with Saturday or Sunday check-in. A beachside paradise on one of the world's most beautiful islands, Morritt's is a tropical paradise. Snorkeling just outside your door, with a complete diving and snorkeling program at the resort. Two stunning pools, one quiet & perfect for reading a book or taking a nap, the other complete with a swim up bar, music, activities for kids, and poolside games. Dine on international and island cuisine at David's or Mimi's. Tourist Tax is 10 U.S. dollars. Security deposit is 500 U.S. dollars. Utility surcharge is 60 to 250 U.S. dollars. Resort Fees: Key fee is 25 U.S. dollars. (A US$25 refundable key deposit is required upon check in.) The one bedroom utility charge is closer to $60 REQUIRED SURCHARGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OCCUPANT AND ARE PAYABLE DIRECTLY TO THE RESORT.
