Bright & Charming 1 Bedroom Minutes to Manhattan

Located on the 2FL of our family home, the space offers a beautiful renovated kitchen, bathroom, spacious living room, office and ONE Bedroom. Free WiFi and 55" smart TV are available for your entertainment needs. We live downstairs and are available if anything is needed but we enjoy giving guests some privacy to enjoy their trip. The home is shared with 3 other people. Your space is on the 2nd floor and is a guest suite. The space We believe that a clean and comfortable home are top priority. Ideal for 2 guests with two bedrooms, including office area. The master bedroom has a queen sized mattress with comfy pillow top to unwind after a long day exploring NYC. The second bedroom has a sofa that converts into a full-sized mattress in case of two friends not sharing a bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the tools you need to cook a delicious meal and a dishwasher for the aftermath. You will be provided coffee and tea. There are spices and oil in the kitchen that you are free to use. Fresh, clean towels, sheets and extra pillows are available in the apartment for your comfort. There is a laundromat 2 blocks away that offers drop off service if needed. HEATING (winter): In winter the heating is controlled by a switch in our part of the house so if adjustments are needed, please let us know. We like to keep the house on the warm side normally. COOLING (summer): There is a large window air conditioner in the living room that is able to cool the entire apartment if doors to bedrooms are left open and bathroom door remains closed. You will have ample storage space to unpack. We ask is that you remove your shoes when in the apartment and clean up after cooking. A brand new dishwasher is available for your convenience. Guest access There is also a small front yard that you're free to enjoy. This is New York City so the yard is tiny but does offer a bench for you to relax in the sun. During your stay We like to give our guests privacy. We provide a tour on arrival and are available on the premises at any time if you need anything. Other things to note We provide a coffee machine and tea pot with a variety of teas and coffee available for your enjoyment. We keep our floors very clean and we ask that you remove your shoes before entering our apartment. Easy transportation to Manhattan but don't be surprised if you fall in love with Astoria too. We've got shops, great restaurants and a young, vibrant atmosphere.
