Cottage in the city with garden

Separate house for 1-4 people, 9 km from the city center, with garden, fireplace and barbecue area, near Funkhaus, fully furnished with kitchen, bathroom, dining room and two other rooms. Gas heating. Laminate flooring, tiles in the entrance and bathroom. Bicycle rental possible. Pets are welcome (€10 per animal per day), parking on the street, city tax in Berlin (5%), not applicable to business travelers. Energy costs are €8 per person per day. Changed check-in/check-out is subject to a fee. The space House in the green center in Lichtenberg (Karlshorst). Welcome to the lovingly furnished vacation home with garden terrace, barbecue area and sports activities. You are in the city center, but everything is green. Children can play in the garden and dogs can romp around in the nearby forest. The furnishings of the vacation home are modern. Everything needed for a special class vacation is available. Up to four people can stay overnight in two spacious rooms. Downtown is about 30-minute drive away. We give insider tips for attractions. The place has a harness racing track, several restaurants with national and international cuisine as well as bars and clubs. There are several shopping facilities and supermarket chains nearby. There are also two swimming pools and the Friedrichsfelde zoo in the immediate vicinity. Exhibitions and concerts can be visited at the nearby Friedrichsfelde Palace. The largest zoo in Europe, Friedrichsfelde, is also just minutes away. The S-Bahn [suburban railway], bus, tram and metro (U5) run here. For young people, the neighboring trendy district of Friedrichshain is very interesting. This is where the bear dances; this is where the party atmosphere reigns. The tram takes you there in minutes. A ferry connection crosses the Spree, which is a five-minute drive away. Parking is free on the premises. Up to 7 bicycles are provided. They can be rented for €7.50 a day. Our guests always like to come back to us. Additional information: The house is largely handicapped-friendly, as there are no slopes and everything is on one level. There is a good tennis club not far from the vacation home. For children, adolescents and adults, there is a leisure and recreation center (FEZ) with swimming pool, astronaut center, theater and sports center in the immediate vicinity of the vacation home. Courses of various artistic directions are also offered here: pottery, patchwork, etc. The zoo with its rare animal and botanical peculiarities is 10 minutes away by car, 15 minutes by tram. The football club 1. FC Union regularly plays in the stadium 'Alte Försterei', ten minutes by car from our vacation home. Rock, pop and other music concerts take place in the amphitheater of the FEZ and the Karlshorst harness racing track - both very close. Also worth mentioning is the nearby "Funkhaus" with many events and fairs as well as music festivals and fashion. For tourism, there are bike paths in the immediate vicinity of the vacation home. Food: There are several supermarkets. We are happy to arrange a barbecue evening by the open fireplace for you. On request, a private city tour can also be carried out by the landlord by car or train. Skiing: Skiing and skating are also possible in the big city of Berlin. In the Gosener mountains or the Müggel mountains you can do cross-country skiing very well and/or race down the hills. In winter you will also meet cross-country skiers in our forest at the vacation home. In Friedrichshagen and at Alexanderplatz there are artificial ice rinks. Golf: There are 16 golf courses around and in Berlin that satisfy all needs from beginners to professionals. Possible activities in the surrounding area: table tennis, badminton, croquet, soft tennis, tennis. Guest access The house is only available to guests during their booked stay. You will find a functional kitchen with all the utensils you need. The entrance to the cottage is separate, so you are completely undisturbed. But if you are looking for contact, you are welcome to come forward to our house to chat or get information. A pool is not available. Other things to note Pets can be brought (€10 per day). The usual city tax in Berlin is 5% and is paid on the day of arrival. For business travelers, the overnight tax is waived. The entrance to the cottage is separate.
