The space Shared Areas: The main level of the home has an open concept layout offering a spacious living area and kitchen. Patio doors line the wall for access to the large balcony which has a private swimming pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea, plenty of outdoor seating, and a gas grill. The living area features a comfortable sectional couch for a spot to relax after a day of adventuring, a 70” TV with standard cable, an Amazon Firestick for all of your streaming needs, and a ceiling fan/AC unit. The kitchen is bright and has ample counter space, modern white cabinetry, granite countertops, all-new luxury stainless steel appliances (dishwasher included), an island with 3 chairs for bar seating, a small dining table with 4 stools, and wine storage! Various small kitchen appliances such as a microwave, coffee-maker, and toaster are also available for use. The laundry room is located off of the kitchen and offers a Whirlpool washer/dryer. Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The primary bedroom (located off of the living area) offers beautiful views and natural light with access to the balcony via a patio door, a plush king size bed, a large walk-in closet, a ceiling fan/AC unit, and a 55” TV with an Amazon Firestick. It also has a modern ensuite bathroom which includes a gorgeous walk-in shower and double vanity. The additional bedrooms are located off of the living area at the front and back of the house. A shared bathroom is located between the bedrooms at the end of a hallway, it includes a stunning walk-in shower and double vanity. Guest access Guests will have full access to the house and all of its amenities except for a few closets and storage which will be locked. Other things to note Additional Details: Standard essential items such as bath/beach towels, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), toilet paper, hand soap, linens (extra pillows and blankets included), iron, hair dryer, cleaning products, laundry detergent, pots/pans, dishware/cutlery, and various kitchen essentials (coffee, salt, oil, pepper, water) will be provided throughout your stay. We follow Airbnb’s 5-step enhanced cleaning process between each stay to prioritize the health and safety of our guests. If guests are present at the property for 7 days or longer, our housekeeper will come to clean the home during the middle of your stay. This applies to longer stays as well (if 14 days, housekeeper will come twice and so on). We do have a generator present on the property which is available in the event of power outages longer than 6 hours.
