This is a house with the lower terrace level being rented on this site. The unit is 1200 sq. ft. It has 2 bedrooms, LR/DR, outside covered areas, bathroom w/ shower and full kitchen. Heat/air, ceiling fans, gas grill, cable TV, internet, washer/dryer, and sunroom. Also, an outside gathering room with eating areas and fireplace. It is very quiet and peaceful. The space The Everett Cottage, the lower level terrace area, can use the deck stairs or walk around the house to enter the patio and entrance door. Guest access The cottage is the lower level (which is featured on this site) is for your use. There is a outside gathering room with fireplace, lots of seating and tables for meals under the pavilion. Patios for grilling. Seasonal pool. Other things to note We pride ourselves in providing a clean, sanitized and safe place to stay. We are following all the CDC guidelines.
