"Le Mimosa" by EnjoyNice: A/C, beach at 10 min

Welcome in your "Le Mimosa" apartment! You will be enchanted by this cosy apartment with A/C. It has everything you need and it is just 3 min. walking to the supermarket, railway station, tram and bus stops. Also, the beach and the "Vieux Nice" are about 10 minutes by foot! Come where the action is! The space This apartment is comfortably furnished and equipped to welcome up to 5 people. It is located in a lively area of the center of Nice, 5 minutes by foot to the Place Massena. And as you pass through the entrance door of the apartment, you arrive in a cosy apartment with a very "niçois" charm! There are 1 double bed in bedroom (+ 1 small spare bed) and 1 double sofa-bed in the living-room. You will enjoy living in a home among the locals, close to wonderful bakeries selling "croissants" and "baguettes", various shops, stone-walled wine bars and restaurants offering local culinary specialties. And of course, the Old Nice, the beach and the famous Promenade des Anglais are just a 10-minute walk along the "Avenue Jean Médecin", lined with boutiques and terraces of all sorts. Public transport is also nearby (tram to airport and buses are 2 minutes walking and train station is 5 minutes walking) and allow you to easily access the sights outside of Nice (e.g. Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Saint Paul de Vence, Eze, etc.). No less than 5 car rental companies are available near the nearby train station. Bicycle rentals are also available there. Guest access Bed linen and towels are included in the total price quoted by Airbnb. A baby cot can be provided, but you must bring the linen for the baby. Of course, you will have access to high-speed internet and to a TV. The apartment has a washing machine and a dryer. There is an elevator in the building From the airport, take tram 2 to "Jean Médecin" stop. From there, the apartment is just 2 minutes by foot. A taxi costs about 35-45 euro The apartment is in the city center, so you won't need a car ... but if you have one, there is a public parking just around the corner (1 minute by foot) for about 15 to 28 euros per day (depending on the number of days you stay). Other things to note We would like you to feel at home, relax, and enjoy the quietness, the nice furniture and the cleanliness, while following these few rules: - For the comfort of everybody, smoking is not allowed. - Pets are not allowed in the apartment. - You can check-in from 14:00 to 19:45. For check-ins after 19:45 you will be charged 30 euros, due upon arrival. Arrivals are not possible after 00:00. When exceptions are sometimes made, a surcharge of EUR 50 applies. - You must check-out before 10:00. - Parties (loud music, dancing, loud speaking and shouting) cannot happen in the apartment, as it is located in a quiet residential building. - People under 18 years old are accepted only if they are accompanied by their father or mother.
