Although this unit does not have the newest or most upgraded fixtures and features, it is clean, cozy, convenient and well appointed for couples, a few friends, or a small family; so embrace the mountain oak decor, and enjoy the extra dollars that you will save on your Mammoth vacation! Located in the center of town, you will be within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and night-life. And park your car in front and forget about it because within steps of the building is a stop for the free shuttle bus so you can ride to the ski lodge, village or anywhere else in Mammoth that your group decides to go! For the kid in everyone, the St. Moritz Villas feature some of the nicest guest recreation amenities in Mammoth Lakes, including a year round jacuzzi, pool (summer months), sauna, large game room with billiard table, ping pong, air hockey, banquet room, outdoor barbecue grills, horseshoe pit (bring your own horseshoes), coin operated laundry and more. The studio plus loft bedroom, 1 full bathroom 525 sq. ft. condo is nicely appointed with comfortable mattresses and sofas, a 4 person dining table, fully functional kitchen with a large refrigerator, compact range oven and dishwasher, countertop microwave, a studio size drip coffee maker (bring your own coffee and filters), and enough pots and pans to make a creative meal in a small space. The breakfast bar can be used for dining or as a laptop or work station, there is a hanging ski/jacket rack in the entryway, as well as basic cable TV in both the living room and the sleeping loft, and free wireless Internet on the building's shared network. After a long day on the mountain or the trail, come back and enjoy the bubbling hot tub then take a sizzling sauna right downstairs in the building. Then kick back and watch the game or a movie on the large flat screen TV. But if that's not enough, you can use the SmartTV to connect to Netflix, Pandora, Hulu or any other online service for full relaxation and entertainment. Or, just take in the peek-a-boo mountain view from the balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub. Sorry, NO SMOKING and NO PETS. Pets are not allowed by the HOA and bringing an animal to the property will result in immediate removal from the property, revocation of rental and non-refund of any rental amount or security deposit. Smoking is not permitted in the unit, on the balcony, or in any of the common areas of the complex. We're sorry, but we are very serious about these policies because of the HOA rules and penalties and the consideration of all of our future guests (See additional house and association rules below). Please note: The wireless internet connection in this unit is part of a shared network that is used throughout the complex and common area, so signal strength and Internet speeds can vary. The wifi network is typically fast enough to watch a streaming video on one device (or a Netflix movie on the smart player in the living room) but the network may not be fast enough for multiple users to download streaming content like music and videos. Inclement weather like snow and rain can also adversely affect the wifi network signal, so please keep that in mind when using the network. We also provide kitchen items including cookware and dinnerware, but we do not supply any cooking ingredients or condiments for sanitation purposes. We do provide dish soap and hand soap and a basic 3-in-one bath wash, but for hygienic reasons, we do not provide washcloths, so you will be responsible for your own personal hygiene items and kitchen ingredients on your trip. Please let us know if you need any special items before your arrival. Trash Removal - Please remove all trash, food, medicine and perishable items before leaving. Forgotten items may be discarded. There is a dumpster located in the parking lot near the building and recycling bins are located in the common area recreation room downstairs, or outside on the street near the entrance to the parking lot. Please be sure to lock the dumpster after discarding your trash. Please contact the manager regarding lost property. Cleaning - Cleaning charges cover surfaces and linens only. You are responsible for cleaning any used appliances, equipment, dishes, silverware or cook wear. Please do a basic cleaning of dishes and cookware before checking out. You may load and run the dishwasher or hand wash and leave any cooking items on the counter to dry and our service staff will put everything away. Leaving unwashed dishes and small appliances will result in a $100/hour service charge that will be deducted from your deposit. Inventory - Items in the unit including appliances, equipment, remotes, kitchen items, linens, etc., are accounted for and inventoried after each visit. Please leave all items in the unit upon self check-out and notify the manager of loss or damage to any items. Check-Out - Please lock the door upon self check-out. Our service normally arrives shortly after the end of your rental, but service staff will not enter the unit if it is evident that your group has not checked out. There is a $100/hour late check out fee so please be sure to check-out on time or notify the manager ahead of time if you would like to pay for a later check-out. Late check-out for no additional charge or a very small additional charge might be available but you must contact us in advance to make arrangements for a late check-out. Thank you!
