It is possible to book the third unit in case you want to privatize the whole house for yourselves (depending on availability). The 2 large units are large enough to host comfortably groups of 16 people, but you will have to share outdoor spaces with the guests from the third unit (if it so happens that the third unit is rented at the same time).
