The fully-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a dishwasher, coffee maker (coffee provided), and blender, plus a breakfast bar with two stools that doubles as a workspace. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a California King Bed and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating 2 guests. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or business guests seeking comfort, convenience, and a relaxing home base in Houston. Guest access You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment. Other things to note There is an assigned parking space for 1 vehicle. Guests must climb the stairs to the apartment located on the second floor. There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, that can be arranged for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance so we can arrange it for you. We provide some home/bath essentials like hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Keep in mind these items are not replenished. Some cleaning supplies such as dish soap, paper towels, and trash bags are provided however not replenishable. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. - No smoking (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the unit. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply is a $300 penalty. - No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No glitter or confetti anywhere on the property. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the property's ground. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during the stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - No glass around the pool. - Pets are not permitted.
