Stunning Coastline with a sandy beach 5 min walk from your self contained detached bungalow. Not wheelchair friendly, few steps within property. Close to Dungeness, RHDR railway, RSPB reserve. Well equipped accommodation with included WIFI for up to 4 people/1 baby. Peaceful large garden, Conservatory & an outer glass house. Nearby local buses, off road parking. New to Air BNB but has been open to the Public via other avenues & has proved to be an enjoyable holiday venue. The space One Bedroom with a King size bed & an LED TV. One Bedroom with a Double bed & one step down into it. Whole Property is not Wheelchair friendly and although a Bungalow, there are a few steps to encounter, so may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. The Bathroom has a walk in Shower, toilet & hand basin. Kitchen is newly furnished and fully equipped. There is no dishwasher/washing machine. Baby Cot is available upon request @ £50 per stay. Car Parking is on a private driveway, 2 / 3 cars, however absolutely NO FACILITIES FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING. Bungalow is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. No Smoking permitted and please read and agree to terms and conditions. NO pets! No barbecues/candles/fireworks due to health & safety & insurance. Guest access To conclude: guests have access to all of the property (apart from cleaner's utility room). That is: 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, one kitchen, one living room, one conservatory & one outer glass house and front and rear gardens. Other things to note The property policies are there not only for our benefit but for those of our customers. Smoke free property, therefore please no smoking. No Barbecues/fires/candles/fireworks etc. No electric car charging is possible at all No pets please Please consider the neighbours, it is a residential area, keep the noise down and respect the area, by removing your rubbish appropriately. Please keep to the terms by which you have agreed/booked. No extra persons to be added onto the booking or squeezed into the equation.
