Stunning Coastline with a sandy beach 5 min walk from your self contained newly renovated, detached bungalow. Not wheelchair friendly, few steps within property. Close to Dungeness, RHDR railway, RSPB. Well equipped accommodation with included Broadband for up to 5 people. Peaceful large garden, Conservatory & an outer glass house. Nearby local buses, off road parking. New to AirBNB but has been open to the Public via other resources and has proved & is an enjoyable holiday venue. The space One Bedroom with a King size bed & an LED TV. One Bedroom with a Double bed & one step down into it, one Bedroom with a single bed which opens out via a door and a step into the Conservatory. Whole Property is not Wheelchair friendly and although a Bungalow, there are a few steps to encounter, so may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. The Bathroom has a walk in Shower, toilet and handbasin. Kitchen is newly furnished and fully equipped. There is no dishwasher/washing machine for short visits but with prior negotiation, can be available for stays of a week or more minimum. Baby Equipment is available upon request. Car Parking is on a private driveway, 2 / 3 cars, however absolutely NO FACILITIES FOR CAR CHARGING. Is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, space for a car on grass outside perimeter. No Smoking and please read and agree to terms and conditions. NO pets! No barbecues due to health & safety & insurance. Guest access To conclude: guests have access to all of the property (apart from cleaner's utility room). That is: 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, one kitchen, one living room, one conservatory & one outer glass house and front and rear gardens. Other things to note The property policies are there not only for our benefit but for those of our customers. Smoke free property, therefore please no smoking. No Barbecues/fires/candles No electric car charging is possible at all No pets please Please consider the neighbours, it is a residential area, keep the noise down and respect the area, by removing your rubbish appropriately.
