In the heart of the Perche and only 2 hours from Paris, you can discover charming villages including Bellême, located 5 minutes away by car, and discover its superb flea market shops, decoration and its famous chocolate maker. The space This family home of about 150 m2 has been renovated so that each stay is a pleasant time The main house is on 2 levels and is composed of 4 bedrooms that accommodate 6 adults + 4 children + 1 infant. In detail, the house is composed as follows: - An entrance with a staircase leading upstairs - A living room with comfortable sofas, a large dining room table, and a fireplace (perfect for a cozy winter evening). You'll find board games in the buffet. - A fully equipped kitchen with a gas range and double oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, coffee maker, toaster, etc. - A terrace where you can enjoy meals and aperitifs, plus a BBQ - A 6 m x 3.5 m pool, heated from April to September (at an extra cost, except in July and August), with a secure electric roller shutter. - A 5,000 m² wooded garden in an absolutely quiet location, not overlooked, with rose bushes, jasmine, lavender, irises, cherry trees, apple trees, plum trees, etc. The vegetable garden is cultivated to provide strawberries, raspberries, and tomatoes throughout the summer (depending on the weather and the season).
