Welcome to a serene retreat just 20 minutes from downtown Montreal and 11 minutes from Poker Playground. Located in a quiet neighborhood, just 5 minutes walk form the Chateauguay River. The spacious basement room features its own living area and a toilet right next to the room, offering comfort and convenience. Note that there are four rooms in the house and other guests will also be staying in other rooms. This house is Perfect for a peaceful stay not far from Montreal city. The space The room is in the basement. As soon as you enter take the stairs on the right to go down and then turn left. The room is next to the toilet. Park on the other side of the street, it’s free parking. Just be watchful about any special restrictions in case. Guest access Guest has access to the followings only. 1. The room you have booked. 2. Toilet on the same floor beside the room. 3. Kitchen in the basement which is for limited and light use purposes only. No heavy cooking is allowed. You can use the toaster, and coffee maker. You can make poached eggs or light food of similar kind. !!! ATTENTION !!! - Violations may have consequences ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ « Bringing in additional guests without my permission is a serious violation of house rules and subject to pay a $500 penalty » 1. You have no access to the solarium, backyard, and garage. 2. You are not allowed to open windows unless permitted. 3. The central AC is running 24/7, therefore, do not leave any window or exterior door open. Not even for a minute. 4. Do not leave your personal belongings in the bathroom. 5. Use the cutleries and plates in the labeled cupboard in the kitchen area. 6. You must leave the kitchen area and dining table clean. If you are using pots and pans, please wash them after use, because others may need to use them too. 7. You will be charged for additional cleaning fees if you leave shared items and common areas dirty and unclean. During your stay I am mostly available. You can text anytime in the Airbnb app. You will also find my phone number in the app and you can text me to my phone. You can also call me if something is urgent. Other things to note 1. DO NOT bring additional guest without my consent. If you want to book for two people make sure you mention the number of guests as 2 in your booking. 2. Additional guest fee is $40 per night. One room can accommodate maximum two people. 3. If you are in the basement room do not go to the upstairs. If you are in the main floor room you must use the kitchen in the basement. 4. Never open any of the windows. Ants, and bugs are the biggest enemies of the house. Moreover, the central climate control is always running. 5. Do not use your shoes inside the house, leave them near the front door at the designated place. 6. Lock the front door whenever you are going out or coming in. 7. There are two locks on the front-door. Never lock the bottom one. Always lock the top (black) one from inside. 8. Always turn off the lights if you are not using it. 9.
