We will only host one guest per room at this time. Only registered guests are permitted inside the house. A Switzerland theme that will leave you yodeling! We're opening our lovely house to AirBnB guests and themed our AirBnB rooms from places around the world. Explore Central Florida with the main campus of University of Central Florida 2 miles away, 40-55 minutes from Disney/Universal/Seaworld, and an hour from Cape Canaveral/Kennedy Space Center/Cocoa Beach. The space The Switzerland room is a 170 square feet bedroom ideal for 1 person or couple. The room is fully furnished with a dresser, desk, queen size multi layered memory foam mattress, plush microfiber fill alternative down duvet comforter, luxury premium microfiber sheets, big closet, and luxury pillows. Guest access Your private room is accessible by keyed entry stored in a personal code lockbox assigned to you. There is a separate access code for the front entrance as well. Self check-in optional, with directions provided with booking. Currently, there are 6 AirBnB bedrooms up and running among 2 houses in the same neighborhood. Guest spaces are dedicated AirBnB spaces and shared among AirBnB guests. There is a shared guest bathroom; as well as a shared guest dining nook with kitchenette. The guest dining nook kitchenette is Japanese themed and located downstairs near the entrance. The guest kitchenette space is designed for light cooking and food preparation with the sink located in the downstairs kitchen. The guest kitchenette and dining nook space is not designed for heavy cooking as it is not a full kitchen; foods with strong odor, become smokey during cooking (such as burgers, steaks, or bacon); cooking with lots of grease, or oils, or fats are not permitted out of courtesy for others. We created it for guest convenience for simple foods and it should not be used as a grill. Please help keep the spaces clean, guests using the kitchenette should plan to wash dishes and dispose of liquids in the downstairs kitchen sink and return upstairs (dish carrying pan is provided). We also provided disposable paper plates and plastic utensils for easy cleanup! Inside the kitchenette, guests can enjoy storing food in the refrigerator, in a pantry cabinet, water filter with hot and cold water, coffeemaker, toaster oven, and microwave. During your stay The house is an 5 bedroom house with 4 bedrooms made available for AirBnB guests. The other bedroom is occupied by me and my wife. We are up and about around the house, though I will make rounds to other rooms, so please contact me through the AirBnb chatroom first. Other things to note Please read through the house rules and most importantly absolutely no drug use of any kind is permitted. If you violate this rule you will be asked to leave and reservation ended. Also all guests must be registered through Airbnb, no unregistered guests are allowed in the house. This is still our home with a family including senior citizens and respecting our house is crucial.
