A little campfire spot just outside will keep you cozy on those cool nights when you are enjoying the outdoors. A grill right off the front deck make it easy to grill a delicious dinner. On top of that, all the comforts of home on the inside. ⭐️No WiFi. We are in the country and encourage guest to disconnect. This tiny home is environmentally friendly and features the Natures Head compost toilet. Composting toilets help save water and are great for the environment. Located on FM 1431 about 45 minutes from North Austin and 5 minutes from Marble Falls. The property is conveniently located on 1431 so you might hear some road noise. Marble Falls is a super cute lake community. It has a thriving downtown area with tons of shopping, restaurants, and art galleries. Guest access You have free roam of the property! Collect firewood, explore, grill out, whatever! Be careful while exploring as it is the country.
