The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 9 spacious bedrooms - all on the ground floor. - All bedrooms have several amenities including AC, king-sized beds, ensuite bathrooms and attached balconies overlooking stunning views. - Three of the bedrooms offer a TV. BATHROOMS - The villa has 9 ensuite bathrooms and 2 powder rooms. - All bathrooms are modern and have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. INDOOR AREAS - There is an expansive living room on the ground floor that offers several seating arrangements. - It is equipped with Wi-Fi access. - There is a separate dining room that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. OUTDOOR AREAS - Guests can enjoy an al fresco dining experience in the outdoor dining area, overlooking the lawn. - It is up to 300 meters away from the main villa and can seat up to 6 people. - The exteriors of the villa feature a sprawling 3 acre lawn with an attached gazebo.  - There are several sit-out spots, including a swing, benches and other seating areas.  - There is a bridge just above a gentle stream.  - The villa has a private swimming pool, 26ftx23ft in size, with a depth of 4ft. - Guests can access the pool from 7 AM to 10 PM. KITCHEN - There are 2 kitchens in the villa - indoor and outdoor, however, guests do not have access to any.  - A water-purifier, crockery and cutlery are available. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note FOOD - All meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge of Rs. 1000 excluding taxes. - Outside ordering-in of food is not allowed. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 2 staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per day, per person, excluding meals and taxes. HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the pool or play indoor games like carrom and monopoly. Take a peaceful walk in the sprawling, landscaped lawn, swing to your heart's content and relive your childhood memories, and capture the picture-perfect hues of the sky. Soak in the magical landscape, the gentle humming of the stream and sweet song of the birds while on the bridge. Spend the evenings revelling and enjoy the al fresco dining experience, accompanied by your favourite cocktails and misty breeze. Relish a scrumptious barbecue meal around the bonfire and take home a bag of memories. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge of Rs. 1000, excluding taxes. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2500 per session. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Guests can use the auditorium and lawn area (floodlight) for an additional cost. - Guests can enjoy pickleball on an hourly basis at an additional charge. - Guests can enjoy pickleball on an hourly basis at an additional charge. - The floodlights can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per hour.
