After you contact us about the villa you want to book and learn about its availability, we create a temporary reservation record for you and send you the relevant form. After you send 20% of the rental price as a deposit to the company bank account, your reservation becomes final. After the deposit is transferred to the company account, the finalized reservation form is sent to you. You pay the remaining amount in CASH at the entrance to the villa. A £300 damage deposit is collected during check-in. The damage deposit will be returned to you after the necessary checks are made on the day of check-out. Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. Flexibility at check-in depends on the availability of the house. Our customer representative will assist you with anything during your vacation.
