Enjoy our luxury guest house in the heart of South Lamar and minutes from downtown! New construction completed in 2019 features one full bedroom with queen bed and large bathroom with walk in shower. The living area features a fully stocked kitchen complete with full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave and dining table with room for four. After your day exploring Austin, relax with views of the pool in a beautiful backyard oasis steps from all that Austin has to offer. The space -The pool house is located in our private backyard. Entrance is through a gate accessible on the side of our bath. Large concrete stones provide an accessible walking path through the backyard to the pool house entrance. -Pets live on property. We have two very friendly labradoodles. that you might see occasionally, however, we try to limit their yard access to the front yard when guests are in the pool house. -Parking is street parking. Our house is on a quiet cul-de-sac that doesn't have lots of through traffic.
