SALTY SAM's~Great for families, walk to sunsets

Enjoy everything the Outer Banks has to offer while staying near mile post 5. Walk to sunsets at at the end of the street. large park around the corner. Half mile from the beach . Large Rec room w/bar, Foosball , TV, & full refrigerator. The large deck is perfect for star gazing and family meals. Outdoor shower, big fenced yard and charcoal grill. We only use Airbnb to rent our place, if you view this listing on any other site asking for other type of payments, do not book. The space Salty Sam's is a unique and updated cottage. There is a large rec room on the bottom floor with a bar, foosball table, full fridge and sitting area with a TV. There re three steps from the rec room to the bedrooms in the down downstairs. This area has four bedrooms (three with queen size beds) one of these bedrooms is smaller with no window. It is perfect for that extra quest or a teen who wants their own space. Also on the bottom level is a fourth bedroom with twin bunk beds. (Please note that we ask guests to provide their own linen and towels). There is also a full bathroom and a washer and dryer in the downstairs level. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom (king) and master bathroom with a double vanity and the kitchen and living area. There is a large deck along the entire back of the cottage which is surrounded by mature live oak trees for privacy. The fenced double lot yard is great for kids. Parking for 4-5 cars. Available for three night stays off season and four night minimum in season. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage and large yard. We have corn hole boards and many board games as well as poker chips available. There are a few areas that are locked for owner's use. Other things to note -The cottage is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood full of permanent residents so we ask that guests keep noise levels down after 10:00 pm. Neighbors will contact us if they notice suspect activities. -The booking quest must verify they are at least 24 years old and they must be at the cottage during the entire stay. (We do not allow parents to book for those under 24 unless they are also staying at the cottage). -The booking guest takes responsible for all of those staying at the cottage and any damages that may occur. -Please inform us immediately if damaged occur. For minor mishaps, (broken glasses, scratches on walls or furniture, etc. please let us know so we can remedy the matter. For major damages or missing items we will reach out to you directly to resolve the issue. If resolution cannot be met, we utilize the Airbnb mediation process. -The ice maker is not connected so you may want to pick up a bag of ice depending on your needs. We do have ice trays. -Please lock the cottage when not home for the protection of your personal items and the contents of the cottage. -We ask that only toilet paper be flushed as the cottage is on a septic system.
