1 rooms 1 bed & pool The space Our guests have access to the kitchen for light cooking. You can also use the living room that has a 70” TV with cable and WiFi. (This is a common area and may be people using it) Feel more than welcome to use the dining room and the laundry room. (Detergent and bleach are not provided) The room is very spacious, has one closet and it has is own balcony, (smoking is not allowed neither in the house, balcony or the building) it also has a comfortable queen size bed. This bedroom has a 50”TV with internet. Central air conditioner and heater. Bathroom. During your stay if the other bedroom is rented you have to share the bathroom. One hand towel and one bathroom towel per guest. Shampoo and conditioner are not provided. Please read the house rules before booking. This is a condo with three bedrooms, hosts live in the third bedroom. Have their own bathroom, you only share the bathroom with the people that book the bedroom number one. We don’t make any kind of reimbursement due to: pool closed, power outages, water shut off or anything else that is out of our control. Parking space $150 per month. No visitors. No parties. No drugs. Guest access Our guests are more than welcome to use the pool& jacuzzi that is in front of the suite. Pool and jacuzzi NOW OPEN. During your stay If need help with anything just send me a message and I will reply ASAP. Other things to note During your stay all common areas such as bathroom, dining room, living room and laundry room have to be free of personal stuff. Please clean after yourselves. Do your dishes. We charge $50 more biweekly for cleaning: which includes: fresh linens, vacuuming, mopping and fresh towels. Keep in mind that the refrigerator located in the kitchen is shared by two more people, so do your groceries accordingly, you also have one mini fridge in your room. Parking space is $150 per month.
