It has a queen size bed for up to two guests and office space combined into one large room. There is a separate living room area with a dual recliner sofa. Upstairs, there is a full size bed and two queen size bed upstairs to accommodate up to six additional guests. There is a full bath on each level of the home--One with a shower and another with a shower, tub and vanity desk so you can look your best in style :-) A spacious kitchen with full amenities and dining table set make this home ideal for short or long term stays! Guests will have access to all areas of the home including the basement level for laundry facilities. International guests are welcome--Arabic and/or French language services are available upon request. Host is available in person at times, but primarily via phone, txt or email while overseas during variable periods of the year. However, a local based property care taker is available to handle maintenance issues. Maintenance and cleaning staff available via phone with same day response. Welcome packet with handy local area merchant and travel information also available. The home is located in a quiet and mature neighborhood where most of the residents are 55 and older. It is at the border of the City of Newburgh Heights and the City of Cleveland and there is a stark contrast between the two cities so do know that this home is in Newburgh Heights, Ohio (NOT South Broadway as reported by Google) with dual police patrol by both cities. A catholic church is located diagonally across the street and Washington MetroPark and Golf Center is within a 5 min walk so the neighborhood is ideal for families and fun gatherings. This home is located a half block away from a I-77 highway exit (Fleet Ave) which provides easy access to I-71, I-90 and I-480 . Commute to Downtown is 3-5 minutes, Metro Health is 5.8 miles (10 min) and University Circle/Cleveland Clinic/CWRU is 6.8 miles, only 15 min. Public bus line stop (#16) is within walking distance from the home at the end of the street. NOTE: Due to the generous monthly discount, there is a utility cap of $250/month for extra long term stays over 30 days (Electric, Gas and Water/Sewer). Guests will have to acknowledge they understand that they are responsible for utility costs over $250/month at the time of booking extra long term or extension of their stay past 30 days. Excess utility charges will be provided for payment thru the AirBnB portal during or shortly after the stay.
