The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and adjacent Master bathroom featuring a combination tub/shower. The Master Bedroom also offers a private balcony to enjoy the beautiful lake view. The Guest Bedroom offers a King sized bed. The second level is accessed via stairs and features the living room, kitchen, and a half bathroom. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the large TV or the upstairs balcony lake view. The galley style kitchen has all full-sized appliances and cookware needed to cook a quick bite or a feast for 6. The dining table in the living room has seating to accommodate the whole family. For extra sleeping has a sofa sleeper. This townhome can sleep 6 in ease. Southbay 55 offers a unique lake front experience while only being a short walk from the beach. Southbay is a quiet area along Highway 98 that offers 2 pools and tennis courts as well. Townhome 55 is new to our rental program and sure to book up quickly. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each trash can and a starter set of dish soap and bar soap. Once those items are used it is up to the guest to purchase more items. Food items will not be left in the condo, this includes salt & pepper. We do not supply paper towels either.
